2.5 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted only one (1) account with 11php. Creating multiple accounts, also known as "multi-accounting," is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If we detect multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all transactions, confiscate winnings, and forfeit all balances.

2.6 Account Verification

11php reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine Passport, Driver's License, National ID, or Postal ID);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months);
• Payment method verification (screenshots of e-wallet accounts or bank statements);
• Selfie photographs holding identification documents.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within fourteen (14) days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to immediately notify 11php of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3.2 Account Activity Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you authorized such activities. 11php shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security or from unauthorized access to your account.

3.3 Prohibited Account Sharing

You must not allow any other person to access or use your 11php account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Any attempt to sell, transfer, or assign your account to another individual is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

3.4 Accurate Information Maintenance

You must ensure that all information associated with your account remains accurate and current. If your email address, mobile phone number, or other contact information changes, you must update your account details promptly through your account settings or by contacting customer support.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

11php accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers from major Philippine banks (including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank), and credit/debit cards. All deposit transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed during the deposit process and may vary by payment method.

4.2 Payment Method Ownership

You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 11php reserves the right to reject deposits or void transactions made using payment methods not registered to the account holder.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes for e-wallet methods (GCash and PayMaya) and within four (4) to eight (8) hours for bank transfers during business hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or for accounts undergoing verification procedures.

4.4 Withdrawal Requirements

Before processing withdrawal requests, 11php may require:

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

5.1 Fair Play

Any Player found engaging in unfair play will have their account immediately suspended and winnings forfeited.

5.3 Game Integrity

5.4 Return to Player (RTP)

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.2 Suspension by 11php

11php reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

7.3 Effects of Account Closure

Upon account closure or suspension, you will lose access to all 11php services. Any remaining genuine balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees or amounts owed to 11php. Loyalty points and bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.3 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 11php's total liability to you for any and all claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.4 Exclusions

11php shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, business opportunities, or anticipated savings;
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Losses arising from your breach of these Terms;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain security;
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors or service providers.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 11php website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of 11php or our licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
